Privacy policy
CyvoDocOps is built privacy-first. For supported tools your documents are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers. This page summarizes what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we do not collect
We do not collect the contents of your PDF files or documents, the photos or camera frames you process on-device, your location, or your identity — unless you provide it in a support request. Document names, text, file contents, hashes and metadata are never sent to advertising providers by CyvoDocOps.
Analytics and crash reporting
We use Google Analytics (web) and Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (mobile) to understand which features are used and to diagnose crashes. This data is aggregated and does not include your document content. Crash reports contain technical details such as device model, OS version and app version — not your files.
Advertising
The free experience may show advertising: Google AdMob in the mobile app, and, when enabled, Google AdSense on standalone web content pages only — never on the interactive tool screens, and never using the contents of your documents. Paid users see no ads. Ad providers may process browser- or device-level data under their own privacy policies, separate from your documents.
Your rights and contact
Because CyvoDocOps does not require an account, there is usually no server-side profile to delete. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data. To exercise them, or to ask any privacy question, contact [email protected]. The full, canonical policy is published at https://cyvona.com/privacy.
Privacy-focused document tools, local-first from the start.
